Our crazy Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson) is back! This time, our Mr. Bean is working at a gallery in the UK. A priceless masterpiece in the gallery has been purchased by the American National Museum, and the museum that Mr. Bean works for needs to send an expert to deliver the painting to the US.
