The FBI's most wanted criminal, Feng Can (played by Christopher Walken), is cunning and has evaded capture despite the FBI's best efforts. He has a special hobby: hosting underground ping pong tournaments, where participants must sign a "death warrant" before competing. To capture Feng, the FBI recruits former professional ping pong player Randy (played by Dan Fogler), hoping he can go undercover. Randy hasn't played in 20 years but believes this mission could restore his former glory and avenge his father's death at Feng's hands, so he gladly accepts the task. The underground ping pong tournaments are a matter of life and death, filled with fierce and skilled players. Can Randy successfully complete his mission?
