The film mainly tells the story of a notorious crime lord who fled overseas after a special crackdown operation many years ago and has returned to create chaos once again. Eight years later, old grudges resurface as veteran special police officer Gu Yuan (played by Zhao Yanguozhang) cross-border chases down the perpetrator to save his daughter, engaging in a deadly confrontation with criminals led by Salika (played by Zheng Shufeng). Gu Yuan's daughter Gu Na (played by Yao Yaqing) unfortunately gets drawn into the evil plans of the crime syndicate. What bloody storm will unfold when the veteran special police officer faces his old rival overseas?
