A Canadian girl (played by Carole Laure) wins the Miss Universe pageant, hosted by the Chastity Belt Foundation, and is set to marry the son of the foundation's chairman, a billionaire worth $500 million. On their wedding night, the Canadian girl is shocked to see her partner's genitals shining with a metallic hue. Meanwhile, a boat named Survivor sways on the river, and a handsome sailor is drawn to the beautiful captain, Anna (played by Anna Prucnal), as he chases along the riverbank. The Canadian girl wishes to end her marriage but is handed over to a muscular black man by her wealthy mother-in-law, who sends her to the base of the Eiffel Tower. There, she meets a Spanish singer, and after they become intimate, they find themselves unable to part. The sailor finally boards Anna's ship, where she calls him a refugee from the Potemkin, laden with endless sweets, and together they indulge, also enticing a few children aboard. The Canadian girl is taken in by a group of hippies whose wild behavior leaves her disoriented. In the end, Anna kills the sailor and is taken away by the police. The Canadian girl then films an erotic chocolate advertisement.
