In the bustling metropolis of New York City, the evil leader Shredder leads the Foot Clan in their nefarious activities. Eric Sachs (played by William Fichtner), the owner of a security company, introduces a new security system, vowing to maintain peace in the city. Channel 6 reporter April O'Neil (played by Megan Fox) accidentally captures footage of the Foot Clan being thwarted by four mysterious heroes.
