Billy (played by Bai Shi Qian), who returned to Hong Kong from the United States, is a flirtatious person. He takes in a married woman, Judy (played by Wu Jiali), during her hard times, and their relationship heats up. Judy, infatuated with Billy, wants to possess him, which angers Billy's flight attendant girlfriend, Lisa. The two women frequently argue, and their conflicts escalate. Soon, Lisa is brutally murdered at home and her body is dissolved. Billy and Judy are imprisoned, and Judy misses her lover, asking church volunteer Annie (played by Li Lizhen), who comes to visit them, to check on Billy. Unexpectedly, Billy successfully wins Annie's heart, prompting her to help him prove his innocence.
