Ned is a literary young man who loves reading and music, but his school is a place that worships rugby. Disinterested in sports, he suffers from bullying and hopes every day to be expelled. The new transfer student, Conor, is highly popular due to his exceptional sports skills, but the principal decides to have him share a room with "the outcast" Ned. Though seemingly from different worlds, they develop a unique friendship. They are witnesses of each other's growth, supporting and hurting one another. In everyone's youth, only by daring to face their true selves can they bravely confront the world. The film's tone is genuine and refreshing, warm and healing, and is sure to evoke memories from everyone's youth. The supporting cast is formidable as well: the ultimate villain Moriarty from "Sherlock," and the cold-blooded Roose Bolton from "Game of Thrones," both showcase drastically different on-screen personas in this film, which raises expectations!
