A space cruiser has crashed on the planet Ghenas, an interstellar prison that houses the most evil and dangerous criminals in the galaxy. Most of the crew perished in the accident, leaving only the ship's pilot—the interstellar hero Max Cloud, the unfortunate chef Jack, and the highly uncooperative commander Raxsy. Their mission is simple: wait for rescue while doing their best to prevent the prisoners from boarding the ship, but this is Max Cloud, and he always finds a way to complicate things.
