At 32 years old, Liang Kuan (played by Zheng Danrui) has been married for seven years. Looking back on his marriage, it seems that all he has with his wife Ann (played by Zheng Yuling) is endless friction. Under the shadow of his successful wife, Liang Kuan's sense of inferiority accumulates day by day. Therefore, he decides to seek his male identity and agrees to separate from Ann, entering the prelude to divorce. Just as Liang Kuan becomes semi-independent, a misunderstanding leads him to be in the same room with Cora (played by Deng Cuifen), his colleague's mistress, in front of Ann.
