Kou Niu (played by Nawarat Techarathanaprasert) finds herself living with relatives after her parents' divorce, leading a life of dependency. One day, she encounters a stray dog who is as lonely as she is, and kind-hearted Kou Niu takes it in, naming it "Char Siu." She secretly cares for Char Siu on the rooftop, nurturing a deep friendship between them. Unfortunately, her relatives discover that she is keeping the dog and take Char Siu away. Without her companion, Kou Niu falls into depression once again. Unable to suppress her longing for Char Siu, she decides to run away from home and embarks on a journey to find him. Along the way, she meets a flower seller named Ba Jie, and they become friends, alleviating her loneliness. However, Kou Niu is still worried that Char Siu might forget her.
