Born into a family of criminals, Li Zhijian (played by Zeng Zhiwei) has aspired to be a police officer since childhood. Heaven rewards the diligent; finally, taking advantage of the police force's exception to admit disabled individuals, the short Li Zhijian successfully joins the police force and enters the drug investigation unit. After successfully completing his mission, Zhijian reenters the vice squad, where he falls in love with the prostitute Tian Niu (played by Tian Niu) during a mission, but she soon disappears into the crowd. Zhijian is then transferred to the major crimes unit, where his adversary is the ruthless criminal "Heartless." Zhijian manages to kill Heartless, provoking Heartless's father to hire the master of disguise, "The Man of a Thousand Faces" (played by Miao Qiaowei), to take revenge for his son. The Man of a Thousand Faces goes on to harm several police officers, creating panic in the major crimes unit, prompting everyone to request transfers. Li Zhijian is tasked with confronting The Man of a Thousand Faces to the end. How will the absurd experiences of this little police officer conclude?
