Born into a family of criminals, Li Zhijian (played by Zeng Zhiwei) has aspired to be a police officer since childhood. Heaven rewards the diligent; finally, taking advantage of the police force's exception to admit disabled individuals, the short Li Zhijian successfully joins the police force and enters the drug investigation unit. After successfully completing his mission, Zhijian reenters the vice squad, where he falls in love with the prostitute Tian Niu (played by Tian Niu) during a mission, but she soon disappears into the crowd.
