With an already challenging economic situation, Uncle Biao decides to move in the unstable housing market in Hong Kong. During the search for a new home, they finally find an affordable flat. The family of six joyfully moves into their new home, thinking they can finally settle down and live happily. However, they soon discover that a real estate developer intends to exploit nearby land for commercial use, aiming for huge profits.
