Anna is a rising star and darling of the fashion world. She accidentally dies at a party and is taken to the hospital's morgue awaiting burial. Coincidentally, Harvey and Ivan go to the morgue to pick up girls and discover that the beautiful star, usually out of reach, is lying naked in the morgue. High on substances, the duo gets the idea to take advantage of Anna's corpse. Ignoring Harvey's objections, they desecrate Anna's body, but to their surprise, Anna miraculously comes back to life. Ivan decides to kill Anna to cover up the truth, and a killing spree ensues...
