Zhu Wan Fang (played by Yuen Kit Ying), a fifth-year student, and Guo Xiao Zhen (played by Li Li Rui) were just ordinary high school girls until gang member Scar attempted to get close to Zhu Wan Fang and brutally attacked a troubled student at the school gate, causing his accidental death. Officer Hai Ge (played by Lam Ching Ying) asks Zhu Wan Fang to testify, and despite threats from Scar's big brother, Handsome (played by Cheung Yiu Yeung), Zhu Wan Fang, encouraged by the integrity of Teacher Wen (played by Lau Song Yan) and Officer Hai Ge, ultimately identifies the culprit. Handsome, infuriated, kidnaps Zhu Wan Fang for ransom, while Teacher Wen is powerless to protect his student in front of everyone. To repay her debts, Zhu Wan Fang and Guo Xiao Zhen work hard, and Scar silently helps, making Wan Fang notice his gentle side. Soon, Guo Xiao Zhen discovers that her boyfriend, George, has betrayed her, and in her deep sorrow, she dies in a car accident. Zhu Wan Fang's world suddenly collapses... This film is the last installment of Lin Ling Dong's "Storm Trilogy," with the script still handled by his brother Lin Ling Nan (Nan Yan).
