American mobster Ken is hunted down by the mafia for possessing evidence of gang crimes as he intends to become a police informant. He escapes back to Hong Kong and meets a local gangster, Lu Chuan. At this time, the American mafia bribes Lu Chuan and teams up with him to pursue Ken, aiming to kill him to eliminate the evidence. Fortunately, Ken realizes the danger and turns the tables on Lu.
