A food factory in a certain city, Kangwei, is suffering from the trouble of “triangle debts,” unable to pay salaries and facing shutdowns. To recover outstanding debts, Factory Director Luo sends the most persistent old horse, the crafty Ding Zhong, and the beautiful and tearful Xu Xuefei to form a debt collection team to collect debts in Binhai City.
