One morning, a mummified female corpse appeared in the ditch of a village. Under police investigation, the wandering years of the deceased, Mona (played by Sandrine Bonnaire), were uncovered. She camped out with a large backpack, living with a down-and-out vagabond in a house, smoking and sleeping together.
