The village chief of Dayou Village, Li Biao (played by Li Yu), faces a critical situation as he is sabotaged by the Taiwanese small boss Cai Zhuqiang (played by Rong Xiang). In a moment of desperation, he sends A Kun (played by Wang Baoqiang) to the city to find support, but things go awry, leading to the involvement of the CEO of a financial group, Xiang Fangyang (played by Fang Zhongxin).
