Living in the Fuyou Center, Binbin (played by Little Binbin) is small but wise, often causing trouble for the grumpy Director Yu (played by Eric Tsang). One day, inspired by a fairy tale, Binbin sneaks out of the center for an adventure and encounters the magician siblings Fu (played by Sam Chan) and Jia (played by Sylvia Chang). Jia has a gambling addiction and uses magic tricks to steal but gets caught by Binbin during one of her schemes. Jia, in debt, puts Fu in a difficult situation with loan sharks; to help his sister, Fu takes risks and ends up meeting Binbin by chance. Kind-hearted Fu brings Binbin home to live with them, and Binbin falls in love with the curly-haired "magician." Jia eventually regains her freedom, and at that time, Binbin and Fu become inseparable. As a child of the Fuyou Center, Binbin is inevitably going to be adopted, which deeply saddens both Fu and Jia…
