Zero Zero Gong, Zero Zero Xi, Zero Zero Fa (played by Stephen Chow), and Zero Zero Cai are the four elite guards of the palace, dedicated to protecting the emperor (played by Zhang Da Ming). Although he is claimed to be one of the four elite guards, Zero Zero Fa actually only knows how to make small inventions and has no martial arts skills. One time, he was expelled from the palace for failing to complete the emperor's mission to capture the four notorious figures of the martial world. After returning home, Zero Zero Fa opened a gynecology clinic and often used his small inventions to please his wife (played by Carina Lau), leading a relatively content life. The Jin Kingdom deceives the emperor into leaving the palace under the pretext of a "flying celestial being" corpse and seizes the opportunity to kill the three elite guards who were closely following the emperor. At a critical moment, Zero Zero Fa uses his inventions, a "helicopter" and a "machine gun," to save the emperor's life. Undeterred, the enemies send a famous courtesan, Qin Cao (played by Li Ruotong), to seduce Zero Zero Fa, who, along with his wife, plays along to outsmart them.
