After Mr. Sun Yat-sen established the Republic, the revolutionary cause was still ongoing. Mr. Sun's later life was marked by events such as the 1922 betrayal of Chen Jiongming, during which Mr. Sun was besieged at Aoxiulou and later trapped on the Yongfeng Warship in Huangpu, facing numerous dangers and the arrogance of warlords. Subsequently, Mr. Sun established the Whampoa Military Academy to train young pillars of society and began to move north to negotiate with the warlords. Unfortunately, he was unable to accomplish his goals and, exhausted, passed away in 1925.
