Zhang Lili (played by Chen Yanxi) stays in a hospital in the United States after graduating, becoming an intern there. Every day, she endures the various criticisms and nitpicking from her supervisor, Dr. Ma Qi (played by Cheng Kang), and the pressure on her shoulders grows heavier. At this critical moment, Zhang Lili meets a man named Neil (played by Jackson Rathbone), whose gentle and caring nature quickly makes her fall in love.
In a severe car accident, Zhang Lili is injured and falls into a coma. Upon waking, she is shocked to discover that the reality is completely different from the world in her memory.
