Chihiro (played by Ryoko Hirosue) and her boyfriend, An Takunobu (played by Kenichi Takitō), have been together for many years. Just as they are preparing to step into marriage, Chihiro is diagnosed with breast cancer. However, Takunobu still chooses to propose to Chihiro. After their wedding, Chihiro actively begins her treatment. Despite the suffering caused by the side effects of chemotherapy, the couple maintains a positive and optimistic attitude towards life.
