Chihiro (played by Ryoko Hirosue) and her boyfriend, An Takunobu (played by Kenichi Takitō), have been together for many years. Just as they are preparing to step into marriage, Chihiro is diagnosed with breast cancer. However, Takunobu still chooses to propose to Chihiro. After their wedding, Chihiro actively begins her treatment. Despite the suffering caused by the side effects of chemotherapy, the couple maintains a positive and optimistic attitude towards life. For a time, Chihiro's condition is under control. However, what neither Chihiro nor Takunobu expected was that a tiny life began to take shape within Chihiro. To protect this child, Chihiro could not take medication, which significantly increases the risk of cancer recurrence. A strong Chihiro decides to give birth to the child, and ten months later, Little Flower is born. As expected, Chihiro's cancer relapses. Faced with the impending approach of death, Chihiro decides to leave the most precious legacy for her husband and child.
