On November 13, 1990, a disaster suddenly struck the seaside town of Aramoana in New Zealand. The reclusive and silent man, David Gray (played by Matthew Sunderland), was known in town as the "lonely weirdo." One day, after a quarrel with his neighbor, Gray, provoked, shot and killed him. He then armed himself, donning his gear and wielding a semi-automatic rifle, and unleashed a bloody massacre on the peaceful, unarmed townsfolk in the place where his ancestors had lived for generations. After learning of the news, emergency units quickly arrived on the scene to launch a manhunt for the madman Gray. Twenty-four hours later, thirteen innocent lives were lost...
