In a busy hospital, a seemingly ordinary but critically injured patient, Yoo Hoon (played by Ryu Seung-ryong), is brought in. The attending physician, Tae-jun (played by Lee Jin-wook), discovers that the patient has suffered a gunshot wound and subsequently orders the nurses to report it. Ignoring the peculiar events that follow, he hurriedly returns home to be with his pregnant wife, Hee-joo. The next morning, shortly after waking up, Tae-jun is attacked by a mysterious individual and loses consciousness. When he wakes up again, he finds Hee-joo missing from their home, and shortly after, he receives a phone call ordering him to remove Yoo Hoon from the hospital, or else Hee-joo's safety cannot be guaranteed. Panic-stricken, Tae-jun rushes to the hospital, where he encounters detective Young-joo (played by Kim Sung-ryung). He desperately tries to take Yoo Hoon away, but when Yoo Hoon regains consciousness, he breaks free from control, facing unjust accusations and needing to uncover the truth quickly. Will Tae-jun be able to successfully rescue his wife? This film is adapted from the French film "The Code of Silence."
