The tsundere stray cat Nana (Lucky Seven) is rescued by Sōta (played by Kōta Fukushi) and lives a happy cat life under the care of her owner, Sōta. The man and the cat spend several warm years together, but one day, Sōta suddenly decides to send Nana to be fostered by someone else. Before Nana can react, Sōta takes her on a journey. They travel through Hokkaido, cross Mt. Fuji, and visit old friends, revealing Sōta's unknown past along the way. In the end, Nana learns the truth behind Sōta's decision to send her away, yet she remains loyal to him.
