The father of telecom fraudster Lei Xiaojun has passed away. Returning home in mourning, he finds that his fraud nest has been completely raided by the police... Without an organization, Lei Xiaojun feels lost and doesn't know what to do next. After reflecting on his pain, Lei Xiaojun decides to pick himself up again. He forms a new scam group with his girlfriend Zhu Li and recruits an employee named Jiezi.
