Gary (played by Calvin Reeder), Zack (played by Lane Hughes), and others are a group of nefarious criminals. One day, they are hired to break into a house to steal a mysterious videotape. In the empty, desolate house, only a deceased old man sits in front of a television. Without any hesitation, they play the tape: in the first segment, a group of young people with a needle camera go to a nightclub to party and flirt, but encounter a deadly femme fatale; a traveling couple checks into a motel, where they meet a woman asking for a ride, and at night someone sneaks into their room, bringing misfortune; two men and two women drive to a forested area for vacation but encounter a brutal killer; an online couple video chats, and the woman claims to often hear strange noises at home. In front of the camera, horrific scenes unfold one after another. On Halloween, several men encounter a mysterious and brutal ritual, and as they become involved, their own fates change. The videotape ends, but the horror story has just begun...
