The story takes place in the Lower Katteren-Kissing region of Bavaria, where Franz (Sebastian Bezzel) is a police officer living and working. Although he holds a high position, his life is quite unsatisfactory. His girlfriend, Susi (Lisa Potthoff), ultimately chooses to leave him for a new life in Italy due to his various neglects and indifference. Meanwhile, the escaped mental patient Küstner decides to take revenge on Franz's boss Morazic (Sigi Zimmerschied), which leaves Morazic feeling anxious all day long.
