Young Reinhard Heydrich (played by Jason Clarke) falls in love with a woman named Lina (played by Pernille Fischer Christensen) at a ball and strongly agrees with Lina's Nazi ideology. After their marriage, Heydrich, with Lina's help, becomes a member of the Nazi SS and begins to carry out mass killings of Jews, making him a target for the "Operation Anthropoid." The assassins, Jan Kubis (played by Jack O'Connell) and Josef Gabčík (played by Jack Reynor), infiltrate Prague and start preparations under the cover of the Czech resistance.
