This film is a sequel to "Leningrad Cowboys Go America." The Leningrad Cowboys received an invitation from Americans to perform in New York. Without visas, they successfully crossed the Mexican border and arrived in the United States. Their former leader, Milu, reappears, claiming to have received salvation from God in the desert and has now transformed into a saint like Moses. He vows to take them back to their homeland after their tour because a holy cow was born there. To celebrate, Milu decides to steal the nose of the Statue of Liberty as a gift for the holy cow. After succeeding, they take the nose to France, Germany, and the Czech Republic, facing dangers and challenges along the way while battling against CIA agents. One of the agents, after being touched by a Bible sent by Milu, becomes a member of their group. Thus, this not-so-sophisticated band, driven by this sacred dream, sings their way through hardships and finally returns to their hometown in Siberia
