The youngest disciple of the Lianfeng Knife Factory, Ding An (played by Zhao Wenzhuo), is chosen by his master as the heir. Later, he learns that his father was tragically killed by the bandit Feilong (played by Xiong Xinxin). The broken blade worshipped in the hall is his father's relic. Ding An leaves with the broken blade, while his master's daughter, Xiang Ling (played by Sunny), chases after him for love but is captured by bandits.
