At midnight, a private yacht in Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong, billionaire Nerio Winch (played by Miki Manojlović) mysteriously drowns. As the founder and major shareholder of the powerful W Group, Nerio has no official heir and intends to leave all his wealth to his secret son, Lago Winch (played by Tomer Sisley). Twenty years ago, Nerio adopted the boy Lago from an orphanage in Yugoslavia. However, inheriting this vast fortune leads Lago into a series of complex assassination attempts and traps, sparking a bewildering life-and-death duel.
