The film tells the story of Wang Wenzhong (played by Wang Taili) and Ye Mingzhu (played by Liu Yan), who, along with Wang Luojia (played by Wang Luojia), work as tour guides in Mengba. The travel agency they formed is called San Shun SSS, which means smooth sailing and peace of mind. However, fate plays a big joke on them as "San Shun SSS" turns into the hilarious "Three Fools," and they are mistakenly taken for international bodyguards by Professor Chen (played by He Shaohong), who is attending a medical conference. In exchange for a hefty reward, the trio decides to go along with the ruse and pretends to be international bodyguards protecting the professor.
