In a cold valley in Wyoming, a stagecoach carries bounty hunter “The Hangman” John Ruth (Kurt Russell) and his $10,000 prize, Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh). Along the way, black bounty hunter Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) and rookie sheriff Chris Mannix ( Walton Goggins) board the stagecoach, all headed to Red Rock. Due to a severe snowstorm, the stagecoach stops at Minnie’s Haberdashery, but the familiar owner is mysteriously absent, leaving four unwelcome guests idly waiting inside. John is constantly worried that someone will steal his prize, while Marquis cautiously surveys the strangers in front of him. The talkative Chris occasionally exacerbates the tense atmosphere, and Daisy seems to be waiting for an even greater storm to arrive. In this isolated little shop, a more violent storm is about to break…
