In a small town near the Capital Airport, former poet Chen Xiaoyang (Liao Fan) transforms into the head of a black chicken farm, determined to dominate the Beijing market with his farm's nutritious black eggs. One day, the town welcomes Chen Xiaoyang's old friend, failed poet Ouyang Yunfei (Chen Jianbin).
