Germany, four days before the end of World War II. A Soviet officer leading his troops to occupy a seaside orphanage. A Nazi German Wehrmacht unit stationed on the beach. An unusual and dangerous love. Everyone is weary of the war, except for thirteen-year-old orphan Peter, who wants to prove himself a hero and does everything he can to incite both factions. Until he realizes that the true enemy has already lurked elsewhere and that his so-called enemies are actually friends like a father. At this moment, the distinction is not between enemies and friends, but simply between good and evil.
