Emil (Ishaan Kapoor) is a lazy little gangster who spends his days idling around. One day, to escape the pursuit of the police, Emil hides in the laundry room where his sister works. His sister's protection of Emil is discovered by her boss, who uses this as leverage to threaten her with unwanted advances. In a fit of rage, Emil attacks the boss, leaving him seriously injured and hospitalized. If the boss dies, Emil will face charges of manslaughter, so to avoid this situation, Emil must stay in the hospital to take care of his enemy. At the same time, the boss's mother (Sharada) learns of her son's hospitalization and brings her two granddaughters to visit, adding three more people for Emil to look after. Though the arrival of the grandmother and granddaughters brings Emil numerous troubles, he gradually learns the true meaning of life while dealing with these issues.
