Young Er Zi (played by Chen Peisi) is unemployed at home, spending his days idly. His buddy Ma Gan hears that the neighborhood committee is interested in letting them, a few unemployed youths, jointly contract a small guesthouse, and comes to discuss it with Er Zi.
