A mad scientist (played by Qiao Hong) loses his sanity after his son dies from HIV/AIDS. He commands his assistant to kidnap homosexuals and bring them to the private cargo ship Longbao for live experiments. Inspector Fa Shu (played by Cao Dahua) sends people to board the ship multiple times to collect evidence, but all attempts end in failure. Shi Xia Mi (played by Shi Tian), who performs tricks at a nightclub, has studied martial arts since childhood. After joining a special unit, he leaves the police force due to allegations of abusive tendencies and is permanently barred from service.
