A police orchestra from Alexandria, Egypt, is invited to perform at an Arab arts center in a city in Israel. However, upon landing, they find that no one has come to receive them, and they cannot find any other way to resolve the issue. After asking for directions, they head towards their destination only to realize they have gone to the wrong place, ending up in another small desert town. With the help of the kind restaurant owner Tina (played by Ronit Elkabetz), they are forced to stay the night before departing the next day. The group's old leader clashes with the young member Khaled (played by Saleh Bakri), but they all go to the owner’s house to stay and are warmly welcomed. Meanwhile, the others go to another household, where the dinner atmosphere is somewhat strange, and they have to use a public phone to seek help from the Egyptian embassy. After this night, what mood will they leave with the next day?
