Twelve years ago, there was a beautiful choir girl, Joanna Wallace (played by Audrey Hepburn), and an ambitious architect, Mark Wallace (played by Albert Finney), who had a romantic and perfect encounter. Twelve years later, they have to face the serious marital crisis that exists between them. From love at first sight to passionate marriage, from heartfelt vows to now living separate dreams, their twelve years of married life seem like a distant memory. In an effort to salvage their crumbling relationship and nearly deceased love, Joanna and Mark embark on a love-seeking journey around France. Directed by Stanley Donen, the romantic comedy film **My Fair Lady**, starring Audrey Hepburn and Albert Finney, depicts the emotional journey of the couple over twelve years with a myriad of beautifully flowing flashback shots. The film was nominated for Best Original Screenplay at the 40th Academy Awards in 1968, Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, and for Best Original Score at the 25th Golden Globe Awards in 1968.
