The smoke of the Vietnam War has dissipated, but the impact of the war has not vanished... In order to destroy the large stockpile of missiles left behind by the army in Vietnam, the U.S. military selected ten Chinese criminals, including the murderer Tong Mingxin (played by Hong Jinbao) and the smuggler Ren Renxi (played by Yuan Peihong), to form a special task force, entrusted to be led by Colonel Lin (played by Lin Zhengying). Meanwhile, the special task force also has the mission of contacting the stranded U.S. military colonel's brother, Yang Long. This mission is codenamed "Eastern Vulture."
When the special task force parachutes into Vietnam, the mission leader unexpectedly dies, leading to the cancellation of the mission. Fortunately, three Cambodian guerrillas (including Gao Lihong) assist locally, and Colonel Lin decides to complete the mission.
