The film tells the story of seven children being trained to dismantle a child kidnapping ring. Six of them were originally thieves, while the other is the child of a military leader. They undergo training in the military, during which the chubby child (the military leader's son) often makes a fool of himself and is constantly bullied by the other six. Whenever he messes up, he is taken to a small room by one of the kids for a beating, but in the end, all six kids end up getting beat up by the chubby one. During their training, their instructor also has a hard time; during a grenade throwing exercise, he gets hit when standing in front of them, and later, when he moves behind them, the chubby kid throws a grenade backward... Eventually, they are sent to deal with a gang called the "Overlord Flower," and the seven children initially make a series of blunders... The oldest of the seven kids is called Little Ma, and the youngest is called Chubby. One of the classic lines from the film is, "Chubby, come here, let's talk!"
