This film tells the story of three unsuccessful women: the beautiful and strong-willed Shen Qishan, who angrily resigns from her job rather than being coerced by clients; Xia Sijia, a workplace novice who gets fired five times in a month; and Xue Yun, a renowned figure in the advertising industry who suffers disgrace due to a scandal involving ghostwriting. The three meet by chance in a bar, and after Shen Qishan helps Xue Yun out of a difficult situation, they sit together to chat and impulsively decide to start an advertising company together, thus embarking on their entrepreneurial journey.
