Recently, a troubling issue arose for the U.S. Treasury Department; a batch of counterfeit money flooded the market. The craftsmanship of this counterfeit currency was exceptionally sophisticated, employing professional engraving molds and paper that nearly resembled genuine U.S. currency. Without specialized equipment, distinguishing between the real and the fake using only the naked eye and touch was nearly impossible. The Treasury Department dispatched Dennis (played by Dennis O'Keefe) to conduct a secret investigation into the source of this counterfeit money, ultimately tracing it back to a gang in Detroit. As a result, Dennis and agent Anthony (played by Alfred Ryder) were infiltrated into the gang as undercover operatives. Over time, a man code-named 'Strategist' (played by Wallace Ford) began to surface.
