The main storyline is intertwined with the Maya's doomsday prophecy of 2012/12/21. The apocalypse is not as foretold, but greedy humanity's insatiable demand for nature and society eventually leads to a new energy plant accident, resulting in humanity reaping what it has sown and the destruction of civilization. The story begins with a young boy finding a guitar and meeting his grandfather on the eve of the self-inflicted apocalypse. The grandfather, regretting not playing the guitar and missing certain aspects of life and love, calls his past self, hoping to change those past events and thus his life, enabling a revival of humanity on the brink of extinction. The "Noah's Ark" concert is connected by five major themes: "Doomsday: 2012 is not a prophecy," "Nostalgia: The Year Time Stopped," "Forgetfulness: If There is Tomorrow," "The First Day: Pursuing a Second Life," and "The Future: A Beautiful Utopia." It presents realistic apocalyptic scenes, including deep-sea escape pods seemingly asleep on the ocean floor awaiting launch, alongside constant occurrences of volcanic eruptions, meteor strikes, and tornadoes as apocalyptic phenomena. All of this aims to forcibly bring out everyone's fear of the apocalypse in an instant, while Mayday wants to lead the audience to cast aside fear and sadness, and to enjoy the last night before the apocalypse with joy and music.
