Carol (played by Jennifer Aniston) and Clay (played by T.J. Miller) are a pair of sibling rivals who work together at their father's company, one as the director and the other as the CEO. Their attitudes toward managing the company are completely opposite; Carol is serious and cautious, wanting everything to operate according to established rules, while the free-spirited Clay believes in stimulating the employees' work enthusiasm through wild activities and parties.
