Parker (Emma Bell) has a deep-seated prejudice against her boyfriend Dan's (Kevin Zegers) best friend, Lynch (Shawn Ashmore). One day, the three of them go skiing together, but when they arrive, the ski resort is about to close. They bribe the ticket worker and board the lift up the mountain. The ticket worker leaves unexpectedly, and the replacement staff, unaware of the situation, cuts the power to the ski resort and locks the doors, preparing to leave. The resort is about to enter a months-long closure period, leaving Parker and her friends stranded halfway up the mountain. Facing the dangers of nature, humans are so vulnerable.
