Christmas is around the corner, and busy with work, Howard (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has completely forgotten his promise to get his son a Christmas gift -- he promised to buy his son a Turbo Man as a Christmas present. One day, after being reminded by his wife, Howard rushes to the toy store early in the morning to grab one. There, he meets fellow father, mailman Myron (Sinbad), but unfortunately, the Turbo Man is already sold out. The two can only return home disappointed. Disheartened, Howard has little courage to face his son’s disappointed gaze at home. While wandering the streets, he stumbles upon the winter parade. In a confusing turn of events, he is pulled onto a float to perform as a live action Turbo Man. As part of the act, Turbo Man can select a child from the crowd to participate in a game and give them a Turbo Man. Howard spots his son in the crowd, but to his surprise, the villain is played by Myron, who is also trying his best to win the last Turbo Man for his son!
